Every tile and flooring job is priced line by line after we see the space. These are the things that move the number most.
-
Material size and pattern
Mosaics and herringbone take two to three times the labor of a straight-lay porcelain floor.
-
Substrate condition
Out-of-level or damaged subfloors need correction first.
-
Wet area or dry area
Showers add waterproofing, slope and niche work.
-
Stone vs porcelain
Natural stone costs more to buy, cut and seal.

FAQ
Do you install tile I already bought?
Yes. Bring the tile and we handle layout, setting materials and grout. We check the quantity against the room before starting.
Can you tile over existing tile?
Sometimes, but we rarely recommend it. Removing the old tile gives a flatter result, a better bond and keeps the floor height sane at doorways.
Hardwood or LVP for a Queens apartment?
Hardwood for resale and feel; LVP for basements, rentals and anywhere water is likely. We will tell you which fits the room.
