Prices and ranges on this site are general guidance drawn from past projects. They are not an offer. A binding price comes only in a written estimate or contract after we see the space. Ranges change with material choices, building conditions and permit requirements.
Licensing
Stravant LLC holds NYC DCWP Home Improvement Contractor license #2137587, issued by the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection. You can verify it on the department's license check tool. New York City requires a signed written contract for home improvement work; we provide one before any work starts.
Project photos
Photos on this site show our own work unless captioned otherwise. Locations are given at the neighborhood level only. Photos are published with the property owner's permission. If you are an owner and want a photo removed, email us and we will take it down.
