Free written estimate
Every kitchen remodeling job is priced line by line after we see the space. These are the things that move the number most.
-
Cabinet grade
Stock, semi-custom and custom cabinets can differ by three times for the same layout.
-
Moving the sink or stove
New gas or plumbing runs and venting change the scope and the permit.
-
Removing a wall
Possible in most houses. In apartments it needs an engineer and board approval first.
-
Counters and appliances
Quartz, stone and panel-ready appliances swing the budget more than tile does.
Payments follow the work. A deposit at signing, progress payments as phases finish, the balance after the walkthrough. Ask about financing at the estimate.

FAQ
How long is a kitchen remodel?
A cabinet and counter replacement runs two to three weeks. A full gut kitchen with layout changes runs five to eight weeks, mostly driven by cabinet and counter lead times.
Can I keep using my kitchen during the work?
Not the main kitchen. We set up a temporary prep station with a sink where possible and schedule the water and gas shutoffs in short windows.
Do you install cabinets I buy myself?
Yes. We install client-supplied cabinets and counters and will check the order against the measurements before it ships.
Do kitchens need a permit in NYC?
Moving plumbing, gas or adding circuits requires a permit. Like-for-like replacement in the same location generally does not. We confirm before quoting.
