We started Stravant because most homeowners we met had the same story: a contractor who disappeared mid-job, a bathroom that leaked a year later, a price that doubled once the walls were open. None of that is normal in a well-run trade. It is what happens when the sequence is skipped.
So we built the company around the sequence. Waterproofing before tile. Rough-in inspected before walls close. A written scope before a deposit. Daily photos so you never wonder what happened while you were at work.
Most of our jobs are in Queens, with regular work in Brooklyn, Manhattan and on Long Island, in houses, co-ops and condos.
