Free written estimate
Every bathroom remodeling job is priced line by line after we see the space. These are the things that move the number most.
-
Layout changes
Moving the toilet or shower drain means new plumbing in the slab or joists. Keeping the layout saves the most.
-
Tile and stone
Large-format porcelain installs faster than mosaic. Natural stone costs more to buy and to seal.
-
Glass and fixtures
Frameless glass, wall-hung toilets and thermostatic valves add cost but also resale value.
-
Building rules
Co-op and condo alteration agreements add insurance, hours limits and sometimes an engineer review.
Payments follow the work. A deposit at signing, progress payments as phases finish, the balance after the walkthrough. Ask about financing at the estimate.

FAQ
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most full bathroom remodels take three to five weeks on site. Tub-to-shower conversions usually take one to two weeks. We give you a written schedule before demo starts and tell you the day the water goes off.
Do I need a permit for a bathroom renovation in NYC?
If plumbing lines move or fixtures are added, yes, a DOB permit is required and we file it. Replacing fixtures in the same location usually does not. We tell you which case you are in before you sign.
Can you work in a co-op or condo?
Yes. We carry the insurance most boards require, follow their work hours, and submit the alteration agreement paperwork with you.
Do you supply the tile and fixtures?
Either way works. Many clients pick their own tile and fixtures and we install them. We can also source everything and show you samples at the estimate.
Is the shower waterproofing warrantied?
Yes. We use a full membrane system installed to the manufacturer spec and stand behind the installation. Ask for the written terms at the estimate.
