Stravant LLC ("we", "us") operates https://stravantllc.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or contact us, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect little.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request a quote or apply for a job, we receive the details you type: name, phone, email, the neighborhood and the description of the project or your experience.
- Offer signups. If you claim the first-project discount, we keep the name, email and phone you enter, the code we issue, and the page you were on, so we can apply the discount and follow up about your project.
- Technical details with that submission. The page you were on, how you reached the site (for example a search engine or a social link), your browser type and your IP address. We use these to prevent spam and to understand which pages bring real inquiries.
- Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages lead to inquiries. It sets first-party cookies and is configured with IP anonymization, with advertising features and ad personalization turned off. You can block it with a browser setting or extension.
- Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a short-lived cookie to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
How we use it
- To call or email you back about the work you asked about.
- To prepare estimates, schedule site visits and run the project if you hire us.
- To review job applications.
- To keep records of inquiries in our customer list, which lives in Google Sheets and a Cloudflare database.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising lists. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for one.
Who else sees it
Service providers that store or move data for us: Cloudflare (hosting, forms, email delivery), Google (email and spreadsheets), and WebGlo LLC, the agency that builds and maintains this site and receives a copy of form submissions to monitor that they work. Each is bound to use the data only to provide the service.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as we might reasonably do business together, and at least as long as New York law requires for contractor records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time, unless we need it for a signed contract or a legal obligation.
Your choices
- Email info@stravantllc.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
- Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop texts.
- You can always call instead of using a form.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
